ARTISTS from across Australia have contributed to Narrm's Sir Doug Nicholls Round and Alice Springs trip, as their art and traditional craft took pride of place during the week's celebrations.

Boomerangs and Indigenous weapons were shown to the travelling playing group at Simpsons Gap by the Santa Teresa Traditional Craft Centre.

On match day the Demons presented the GWS Giants with marngrooks (traditional Indigenous game balls), produced by Bernadette Atkinson, owner of Winyarr Dreaming Creations.

Marngrooks were also exchanged as the VFLW Casey Demons took on Footscray.
