MELBOURNE'S 48-point win over GWS has seen the Dees sweep the coaches votes in Round 2.
Olivia Purcell led the leaderboard with another 10-vote game, the strong midfielder backing up her standout display last week, where she returned to footy after 12 months sidelined with an ACL injury.Â
Purcell dominated the midfield game on Sunday, wracking up a whopping 36 disposals, a career-high number for the 25-year-old.Â
Experienced Demons Eliza McNamara (eight) and Tyla Hanks (six) polled votes for their impact on the game while Ryleigh Wotherspoon (three) and Jordyn Allen (three) led the charge for the young Demons.Â
It was an exciting achievement for both Wotherspoon and Allen, who earned their first coaches votes of their career. Â
