VFL
The final round of the Smithy’s VFL season will feature a full billing of 11 matches, many of which will impact the final standing of the top ten for the 2026 Smithy’s VFL Finals Series.
Seven matches in Round 21 will be played on Saturday, beginning with a QClash between the Brisbane Lions and Gold Coast Suns, ahead of six games in Melbourne – four of which will be hosted by standalone clubs.
Four matches are scheduled on Sunday, commencing with the GWS Giants hosting Tasmania at Tom Wills Oval in what looms as an early knockout for both sides who currently sit in tenth and sixth place respectively.
Saturday’s clash between Williamstown and Frankston at DSV Stadium will be broadcast by ABC TV VIC, the network’s main channel in Victoria, and ABC iview nationally.
Meanwhile, Sunday’s match between Footscray and Carlton at Mission Whitten Oval will be broadcast on Kayo SPORTS and will also be available on Foxtel and internationally on WatchAFL.

VFLW
Rounds 14 to 16 of the VFLW season are filled with matches between teams fighting for a place in the 2026 VFLW Finals Series.
The three teams currently sitting equal on points at the top of the ladder – Collingwood, North Melbourne Werribee and Williamstown – each play one another in what will likely decide the top-two spots and progression directly into the preliminary finals.
Williamstown hosts North Melbourne Werribee at DSV Stadium in Round 14, the Kangaroos then host Collingwood at Arden Street Oval in Round 15, before the Magpies take on the Seagulls at DSV Stadium in the final round of the season.
Another highlight of Round 16 is Tasmania hosting the Western Bulldogs at Windsor Park, marking the first time a VFLW match has been held at the Launceston venue.

Live scores and stats will be available via AFL.com.au, the AFL Live Official App and the VFL App. A new version of the VFL App is available for download in the App Store.
TICKETING
Where Smithy’s VFL matches are ticketed, entry is $10 for adults, $5 for concession holders and kids under 15 are free. AFL ticketing prices apply for VFL matches played as curtain-raisers and curtain-closers to AFL matches.
Entry to VFLW matches is free. Where venues host VFL and VFLW double-headers, entry fees will apply after half time of the VFLW match if played first.
