The Casey Demons have named their Round 10 side for a tough assignment against the ladder-leading North Melbourne Werribee at ETU Stadium on Saturday morning.

The headline inclusion is Jasmine Mielke, who has been named to make her VFLW debut. Mielke earns her opportunity after strong form and replaces Michelle Podnecky, who is unavailable for this weekend's match.

The Demons face their biggest test of the season as they come up against an undefeated North Melbourne Werribee outfit that has set the benchmark in the VFLW competition throughout 2026. With the Kangaroos yet to taste defeat and sitting comfortably on top of the ladder, Casey will need to produce one of its strongest four-quarter performances of the year.

While the challenge is significant, it also presents an opportunity for the Demons to measure themselves against the competition's best and continue building their game against elite opposition. Every contest will be crucial as Casey looks to take the fight to one of the league's most in-form sides.
