A FINAL fitness test is on the horizon for Demon Trent Rivers, who has been sidelined with a knee concern.
Following Round 2, Rivers has been in the rehab group working towards a return to football which, if all goes to plan, will be this weekend.
The club’s AFL High Performance Manager Selwyn Griffith said that Rivers had returned to full training last week, with the hopes to get some game time in soon.
“Trent had a really good week on the track last week integrating back into the main group,” Griffith said.
“We’ll look to continue that integration this week, with his availability determined by his performance and function in training.”
