MELBOURNE ruck maestro Max Gawn has claimed top spot in the overall AFLCA coaches vote leaderboard with a perfect, 10-vote performance against the Gold Coast.
Gawn led the voting from Jack Steele (eight votes), Kysaiah Pickett (six votes), Tom Sparrow (four votes) and Jake Melksham (two votes).
The Demon skipper now leads the Bulldogs' Marcus Bontempelli in second place by one vote.
