MATCH PREVIEW:
These sides have only met on two occasions throughout their history, most recently facing each other in the final round of season seven. It was a windy battle at Casey Fields in which Narrm put together a stunning 78-point win on home soil.

This year, West Coast have seen victory once during Round 5 when they defeated Port Adelaide in a down-to-the-wire clash at Mineral Resources Park. The Eagles’ skipper shone in the six-point win and will no doubt be looking to repeat this performance on Sunday on their home deck.

Narrm will be wanting to get back on the winner’s list after losing to Adelaide by 10 points in Round 6. The match saw their 14-game winning streak come to an end, but history has shown us that Narrm relish in a return from a loss. So we can expect the Dees will be heading to Perth with a point to prove.

PLAYER TO WATCH: Narrm
Eden Zanker
The current leading goal-kicker for 2023, Zanker has been a consistent presence inside 50 for the Demons this season.

The tall forward has put a mountain of work into her contest craft in the off-season and it has shown, with the 23-year-old averaging 4.2 marks a game, a career-high.

She’ll be heading into Sunday’s match off the back of a history-making individual display, becoming the third Demon to kick five goals in a game, adding to her overall goal tally of 15.

PLAYER TO WATCH: West Coast
Charlotte Thomas
While still only 20 years old, Thomas is becoming a reliable contributor for the Eagles working across the backline.

Coming off a career-best season in 2022, where she was rewarded with fourth in West Coast’s best and fairest count, Thomas has now pushed her game to a new level in 2023, posing a threat to Narrm’s ominous forward line.

Developing as an emerging leader out of the Eagles’ defence, her most impressive performance this year came in her team’s sole victory during Round 5 where she registered 24 disposals, five marks and 10 intercepts.

For the duration of the AFLW's Indigenous Round, Melbourne Football Club will be rebranded and referred to as the Narrm Football Club.
