INS – Melksham
OUTS – Harmes (hamstring), Chandler (suspension)

NARRM has made one change to its starting 22 ahead of its Saturday match against North Melbourne.

James Harmes has been sidelined due to a hamstring strain sustained in Narrm’s Round 9 game against West Coast, with Kade Chandler also spending time out of action with a two-week suspension.

Jake Melksham has been welcomed into the side for the Round 10 clash, while Toby Bedford, Adam Tomlinson, Sam Weideman and Luke Dunstan join the team’s emergency list.

The Kangaroos will host the Demons on Wurundjeri Land (Marvel Stadium) in the first weekend of the Sir Doug Nicholls Round.

The two-week round honours and celebrates Australia's Indigenous history, while also creating important conversations among the AFL and wider communities.

Narrm will run out in its 2022 Indigenous guernsey, designed by Wurundjeri/Dja Dja Wurrung artist Ky-ya Nicholson Ward.

In a special showcase of Ky-ya’s artwork, North Melbourne will also wear an Indigenous guernsey designed by Ky-ya, a testament to the beautiful designs that she produces.

Saturday’s game will also see Demon Ben Brown celebrate an important individual milestone.

The tall forward will play his 150th career game and in a unique coincidence, will be facing the team in which he played 130 games for.

Brown began his AFL career at North Melbourne when he was drafted to the side with pick No.47 at the 2013 National Draft.

He then joined the Demons at the beginning of the 2021 season and has since become a consistent contributor in the side’s forward line, playing a key role in Narrm’s drought-breaking premiership.

For the duration of Sir Doug Nicholls Round, Melbourne Football Club will be rebranded and referred to as the Narrm Football Club.
