The Casey Demons have named their final side of the VFLW season, making three changes ahead of their final clash of the year against Sandringham at Casey Fields.

Gemma Cowin will come into the line-up and is set to make her VFLW debut, an exciting opportunity as the Demons close out their 2026 campaign.

AFLW-listed player Lauren Clifton enters the side after featuring in Melbourne’s opening two AFLW matches of the season, bringing valuable experience and another exciting inclusion for Casey.

Siena Lane rounds out the changes, with Michelle Podnecky, Anna Vrsecky and Zoe Mitchell all unavailable for the season finale.

The Demons will be looking to finish their campaign on a high and put together a strong performance in their final outing of the year, with plenty to play for as they look to end the season on a positive note.

The match will be played as part of another double-header at Casey Fields, with the VFLW side taking to the field at 10:05am, before Melbourne’s AFLW side faces the Brisbane Lions at 1:05pm.
