THE Melbourne faithful have once again stepped up in support of FightMND, with the club's 2026 Neale's Game player-worn guernsey auction raising an outstanding $47,255.
Featuring signed guernseys from Melbourne's entire playing squad, the auction saw fans bid generously to secure a unique piece of Demon history while supporting a cause that continues to mean so much to the football community.
The final total highlighted the incredible support of the Demon Army and the club's commitment to helping FightMND continue its vital work.
Captain Max Gawn's guernsey attracted the highest winning bid of all Melbourne players, reflecting both his standing within the game and the significance of the annual Neale's Game fixture.
Every dollar raised from the auction will go directly towards FightMND's mission of funding vital research and care initiatives in the fight against motor neurone disease.
The club extends its sincere thanks to everyone who placed a bid, shared the auction and contributed to another successful fundraising effort for a cause that means so much to the club, its supporters and the wider community.
