The Casey Demons return to Casey Fields this weekend to take on the Carlton Blues, with the first bounce set for 10am.
The Dees will be eager to respond after falling short in last week’s clash, but there were plenty of positives to take from the second-half fightback. Casey lifted its intensity around the contest and played some of its best football late in the game, outscoring the opposition across the final two quarters.
They’ll be looking to bring that same energy and pressure from the opening bounce this weekend against an in-form Carlton outfit that enters the match on a three-game winning streak. The Blues will provide a tough challenge, but Casey will be hoping a strong four-quarter performance at home can help return the side to the winners list.
