MELBOURNE has confirmed its extended Round 3 line-up ahead of its match against Carlton this weekend.
The Dees will face the Blues on Sunday at the MCG in what is set to be a special day for two of the club’s stalwarts.
Max Gawn and Tom McDonald will both notch up their 250th game in the red and blue, just the 10th and 11th players to do so in the club’s long history.
It was confirmed yesterday that McDonald was locked in to play his milestone, while three other Demons have been added to the 26-player squad.
Max Heath, Bailey Laurie and Paddy Cross have been named in the extended side with the full team of 23 to be confirmed tomorrow at 5pm.
Daniel Turner has been ruled out of the match with a fracture to his hand.
