Heading to the game? Below is some important information to ensure you can access your member tickets.
Members are encouraged to login to the Melbourne Football Club App and view your tickets early to avoid any delays getting into the ground.
If you are having trouble, ensure you have latest version of the app installed and/or logout then log back in. You may also need to reset your password if issues persist.
Early bird (signed up before November 30) and first year members will notice additional GA guest tickets in their account. Please note: these guest tickets will appear above your membership tickets in the app. Scroll down to the second Round 1 match block to see your membership tickets.
If you have multiple memberships on your account, swipe across to see additional member tickets.
If you need to transfer a ticket to a friend, ensure you do this at least 30 minutes before you need to scan into the ground.
