INS – Hibberd
OUTS – Bowey (conc.), Harmes (Round 12 sub, susp.)

MELBOURNE will head into its King’s Birthday clash against Collingwood with one inclusion to its starting 22.

Michael Hibberd has been called upon for the Monday match, with the defender set to inject experience into the home side's backline.

Jake Bowey will miss the blockbuster battle after a head knock during Round 12 sidelined him under the AFL’s concussion protocols.

James Harmes, who was the activated substitute last week, will miss the game after accepting the AFL Match Review Officer’s one-match sanction.

Jake Melksham, Josh Schache, James Jordon and Taj Woewodin will make up the Demons’ emergency list.

Monday’s game will mark a significant event in the league’s calendar, with the two clubs celebrating the ninth annual Big Freeze match, which highlights Melbourne great Neale Daniher and his fight against Motor Neurone Disease (MND).

The King’s Birthday event sees the AFL community come together to help raise funds and awareness for FightMND.
