AS MELBOURNE prepares for its Grand Final rematch against Adelaide on Friday night, here is the team's first official injury update for AFLW Season Seven.
Sinead Goldrick (knee) will be sidelined for the opening stage of the season, but is underway in her recovery and will look to be available for selection in one to three weeks.
New recruit Georgia Gall will miss six to eight weeks with a foot injury, while Eliza McNamara (back), Gab Colvin (knee) and Rhi Watt (knee) have all been sidelined for the duration of the season. Each player has been taking positive steps in their rehab program throughout the pre-season.
