NARRM’S James Harmes has been ruled out for the next two weeks, with a hamstring strain sidelining the Demon.

Harmes left the ground during the third quarter of Sunday night’s match against West Coast and will now follow a structured program to hopefully make a return in a fortnight’s time.

In other news, defender Christian Salem is one week closer to making his long-awaited return. Salem has been out of action since Round 1 with a knee injury and has been making positive movements on the track in recent weeks.

Following their respective surgeries two weeks ago, Joel Smith and Blake Howes are both progressing well through their rehab.
