NARRM’S James Harmes has been ruled out for the next two weeks, with a hamstring strain sidelining the Demon. Â
Harmes left the ground during the third quarter of Sunday night’s match against West Coast and will now follow a structured program to hopefully make a return in a fortnight’s time. Â
In other news, defender Christian Salem is one week closer to making his long-awaited return. Salem has been out of action since Round 1 with a knee injury and has been making positive movements on the track in recent weeks. Â
Following their respective surgeries two weeks ago, Joel Smith and Blake Howes are both progressing well through their rehab. Â
Hear more from High Performance Manager Selwyn Griffith below, as he provides further information on Narrm’s current injury list.  Â
