Casey Demons VFL and VFLW are pleased to announce Major Partner, ResourceCo, have extended their partnership with the club for a further two years. ResourceCo will be a Major Partner with their company logo to appear on the back of the VFL playing jumper.
This extends our club partnership with ResourceCo to six years which is a significant show of support for the club, particularly due to the issues and challenges faced in the last two years. Ongoing support from our key Partners is critical and this is a tremendous show of faith in the program that has been developed at Casey Fields.
"ResourceCo Chief Executive Officer of Material Solutions, Steve Harrison, is a past great of the Springvale/Casey Scorpions, captaining the club and a five times Best & Fairest winner during the ’90s. Steve’s history, passion and enthusiasm for our club is greatly recognised and appreciated" said Casey Demons Head of Commercial partnerships, Peter Maynard.
ResourceCo is a global leader in the recovery and re-manufacturing of primary resources, extracting maximum value from materials otherwise destined for landfill. We work with governments, communities, and multinational companies to progress the circular economy and preserve natural resources for a sustainable future.
ResourceCo Material Solutions CEO, Steve Harrison said, “Our commitment to the community through sport is a key focus for us. It’s amazing how our communities unite through sporting activities. Casey Demons are an integral part of our community and we are proud to be supporting them for the 6th consecutive year.
Our commitment goes beyond sponsorship and we work with the club to drive the ResourceCo purpose we believe that we have an obligation to leave the planet in a better state than we found it. It has been an exciting journey and we look forward to an amazing season.”
