Season Overview:
Brown arrived at the Demons at the end of 2020 during the AFL Trade Period. He came across to the club as a tall forward with 287 majors under his belt from his 130 games. It wasn't the dream start in the red and blue for Brown, who underwent knee surgery at the beginning of the year, seeing him sidelined for close to two months.

The 28-year-old returned to play in Casey's Round 1 game against Box Hill. After two impressive games in the VFL, kicking seven goals in total, Brown made his senior debut for the Dees in Round 7, facing his old side in North Melbourne. After regaining his fitness, he strung together three consecutive games at AFL level before returning to the VFL. It wasn’t until Round 17 when he managed to cement his spot in the senior side, playing out the remainder of the year up forward for the Dees.

Brown booted a total of 25 goals over his 13 games for the club, topping off the season with three majors in the AFL Grand Final and walking away with a premiership medallion.
