MELBOURNE forward Kysaiah Pickett is in the running to take out the 2021 rebel AFL Goal of the Year, with his Round 2 major making it to the top three.

The goal came in Melbourne's clash against St Kilda at Marvel Stadium, with the 20-year-old weaving through the opposition's defence to snap up the six points.

Pickett is a finalist alongside Western Bulldogs’ Marcus Bontempelli and Fremantle’s Caleb Serong.
