Under special circumstances, the Melbourne Football Club has been able to deliver fans with once-in-a-lifetime experiences, connecting with players or integrating into the AFL/AFLW match day experience.
If you know of a loyal and proud Dees fan currently experiencing a difficult time or someone that has a feel-good story that should be celebrated, please reach out directly to the Community team at community@melbournefc.com.au
General Requests
The Melbourne Football Club is proud of its contribution to the community and the work undertaken by its community partners. We understand that sport can be a great way to create positive outcomes, and we strive to be an organisation that its members can be Proud to Belong.
Given the nature and timings of some requests, the Club is not always in a position to facilitate every request. When these occasions arise, the Club will aim to find the most suitable replacement for your request. We appreciate your understanding if a request is not possible.
For requests relating to Player Appearances, Signed Items and Raffle/Auction Items, please email the Community Department at community@melbournefc.com.au

Terms and Conditions
- All submissions will be individually assessed, and the Club holds the right to decline any request based on the below criteria.
- Given our limited inventory, the Club will fulfil the requests of our community partners and members before assessing any other requests.
- Sponsorships and monetary requests are will not be considered.
- Receiving a donation from the Club previously does not guarantee a donation upon the next request.
- Any items sent into the Club with the intention of being signed, will be returned unsigned. Melbourne Football Club takes no responsibility for lost items
- Due to the large amount of donation requests, please allow for up to two weeks for a response.
