The AFL skipper has proven once again that even at the age of 33, you can keep adding new levels to your game. The 2025 campaign saw Gawn earn an eighth All-Australian blazer, becoming just the seventh player in the competitions history to achieve such a feat. A pillar of strength for the Dees, he averaged 21 disposals, six marks and five clearances - all career-best numbers in his 16th season at the top level. Gawn's hit-out tally of 826 puts him among the top five in the league.
