MELBOURNE is one of just two sides in the AFL to make it through the opening three rounds of the season without leaning on the medical sub.

The undefeated Demons are looking fit, coming out of their win over GWS unscathed.

Just five names remain on the club’s injury list, with James Harmes (wrist) three weeks away from a return.

While Aaron Nietschke (ACL) and Marty Hore (ACL) won’t be seen this season, the news is better for key forwards Ben Brown (knee) and Sam Weideman (femur) who are edging closer to an AFL return.

The duo took to the field in an intra-club match on the weekend and are set to play for the Casey Demons in a hit-out against Williamstown this Saturday.
