AS MELBOURNE gears up for the final game of the home and away season, it could benefit from the return of three key players.

Luke Jackson and James Harmes, who have both been sidelined recently with hamstring injuries, could be available for selection against Essendon, if they get through the final two training sessions of the week.

The Demons will also wait until Friday to make a decision on the fitness of Michael Hibberd, who missed the Round 17 win over GWS with ankle soreness.

Nathan Jones (quad) won’t feature in the Round 18 game but is likely to be fit in two weeks’ time, should his side qualify for finals.

Watch below as club doctor Laura Lallenec provides an update on the club’s full injury list.
