BRAYDON Preuss left the training track early on Wednesday after experiencing some soreness in his hip.

The Dees ruckman, who played his first game of the season last weekend, is expected to recover in time for the clash with the Western Bulldogs, but will be monitored throughout the next few days.

Max Gawn is also set to face a fitness test in the lead up to Round 13, hoping to return from a knee injury.
