MELBOURNE will have six selections in next Tuesday’s NAB AFL Rookie Draft - picks 14, 31, 48, 63, 75 and 83.

The Demons already have a full primary list and will not participate in the NAB AFL Pre-Season Draft, which contains just six selections overall.

The Dees have 38 players on their primary list, plus Brad Green, who is now classified as a veteran outside the main list.

Michael Newton has been retained as a second-year rookie, meaning the Demons will have seven rookies in 2011.
