YOUNG GUN Luke Tapscott and livewire forward Addam Maric return to the side for Saturday night’s clash with Port Adelaide in Darwin.

Tapscott became a fan favourite in the first half of the season with his toughness and long kicking. He returns from a hamstring injury sustained in Round 9.

Maric will play his seventh AFL game of the season against the Power, his first game for the Demons since Round 10.

Jamie Bennell and Sam Blease - who made his debut against the Bulldogs two weeks ago - have been omitted.

The Demons take on the Power in a ‘home’ game at TIO Stadium for the second consecutive year and will be aiming to build upon last year’s thrilling one-point victory.

Players flew to Darwin on Thursday morning to acclimatise to the hot Darwin conditions.  A maximum temperature of 32C is forecast for Saturday in Darwin, with an overnight minimum of 20C expected.

The game will be broadcast live on Channel 10 into Melbourne and most capital cities.
