VERSATILE tall Cam Pedersen says the positivity around the club has been strong after Melbourne’s 35-point win over Collingwood at the MCG last round, and as it builds towards Sunday’s Anzac Day Eve clash against Richmond at the ‘G.
Pedersen said the team was “up and about” after last Sunday's win, but added that the players were fully aware that there was still plenty to improve on when they take on the Tigers this long weekend.
“The boys are really excited,” he told Melbourne TV.
“All of boys just want to implement the things that we’re working on and really attack them, so hopefully it’ll be a good game.
“We had a win – and a good win – but there is still a lot to work on.
“We probably didn’t play exactly the way we wanted to play, but hopefully this week against Richmond, it’ll give us the chance to implement the things that we’ve been trying to work on in the last couple of weeks.”
