MELBOURNE will release Episode 4 of To Hell and Back on Sunday night, taking fans behind the scenes of its pre-season camp in Maroochydore.

The 12-minute episode, which is centred around the group’s stay on the Sunshine Coast, gives insight into the camp’s intentions, with hard work and relationship building on the agenda.

Opening with an update from Head of Strength and Conditioning Phil Merriman, viewers get a taste of how the draftees are tracking, before following Jack Viney to the beach for an early morning surf.

Viney, who ventures out for his first surf in over two years, opens up about the personal benefits of being back out in the water, and what he aims to get out of the week away with teammates.

Fans are then invited to the moment Harley Bennell finds out he is officially a Demon, with coach Simon Goodwin announcing the 27-year-old’s new contract to players and staff.

In other news, Steven May honestly reflects on his first season in the red and blue, revealing the lessons he learned and his refined focus in 2020.

We follow the former Sun out on the track, before sitting down with ruckman Max Gawn after his knee injury scare.

The penultimate episode of the five-part documentary series will be released at 7pm.

If you haven’t already, catch up on Episode 3 below before tonight’s instalment.
