MELBOURNE has revealed its 2026 Pride jumper, with the design celebrating the AFLW’s impact in creating safe and inclusive spaces for the LGBTQIA+ community.

The club’s AFLW playing group helped design this year’s guernsey, selecting its structure, colour palette and meaning.

The design process, which began over a year ago, involved reimagining and inverting Melbourne’s iconic flame ‘M’ to form a rainbow ‘W’.

Words chosen by the players themselves anoint the back of the guernsey, capturing what pride means to them and further connecting the jumper to the team’s values.

Pride Round will run across the next two weeks, Melbourne set to pull on the jumper this Saturday against Gold Coast and in Round 10 against Richmond.

The Dees will host the Tigers for their home pride game, which is set to be a Friday night party at IKON Park.
