AOIFE Horisk will make her AFLW debut on Sunday, set to run out for the first time in Melbourne’s Round 8 clash with Collingwood at Victoria Park.

The 22-year-old arrived at the club ahead of the 2026 season as one of Ireland’s most exciting Gaelic football talents, renowned for her speed, aggression and work rate.

A standout at the AFLW Draft Combine before opting to join the Demons as an international recruit, Horisk recorded the fastest 20m sprint time at the event.

The County Tyrone product has worked hard to adapt to the AFLW game across the first part of the season, with her pace and forward craft earning her the chance to make her mark at the top level.

Horisk adds another exciting element to Melbourne’s forward line, with her ability to apply pressure, break away from opposition defenders and impact the scoreboard.

The Dees will face the Magpies on Sunday at Victoria Park, with the opening siren set for 3:05pm AEST.
