The defender hasn't wasted any time returning to her best, having missed the first two rounds of 2026 due to a foot injury. Chaplin was integral in Melbourne's win over Carlton on Saturday, collecting 22 disposals and 11 intercepts, coming off a career-high 27 disposals against Port Adelaide last weekend.Â
Midfield trio Olivia Purcell (seven), Tyla Hanks (seven) and Kate Hore (two) all received votes for their dominance through the centre of the ground, while Tayla Harris received a vote for her work across the forward line.Â
