The Casey Demons have named their final side for the 2026 VFL season, with Casey set to take on the Box Hill Hawks at Box Hill City Oval on Sunday afternoon.

Five changes have been made to the line-up, headlined by the exciting return of Jack Viney. After spending the season on the sidelines due to injury, Viney will play his first competitive match of 2026 as he looks to build back into football and put his hand up for an AFL return with Melbourne’s finals campaign on the horizon.

Viney is joined by Latrelle Pickett and Paddy Cross, who come into the side to provide further experience and depth as Casey prepares for its final hit-out of the season.

Luamon Lual also returns to the team following his suspension, while 2026 draft prospect Jackson Phillips will make his VFL debut in what will be an exciting opportunity for the young player to test himself at the level.

It is a strong side named by the Demons for their final game of the year, with Casey looking to finish the season on a high against a Box Hill outfit fighting to cement its place inside the top four.

The Demons will take confidence from their earlier meeting with the Hawks this season, having secured a memorable victory and proving they have what it takes to match it with one of the competition’s leading sides. Casey will be hoping to produce a strong performance and finish the year with a statement win.

With plenty to play for and several players looking to make an impression, Sunday’s clash promises to be an exciting way to close out the 2026 campaign.

Fans are encouraged to get down to Box Hill City Oval on Sunday afternoon and get behind the Demons for their final outing of the season.
