SPEED and silk are on the cards for Sunday on the Gold Coast as Melbourne recalls Caleb Windsor, Changkuoth Jiath and Christian Salem.
Windsor and Jiath will be bringing an abundance of run to People First Stadium, both returning from a week on the sidelines with groin soreness and a lower leg tendon issue respectively.

The silk in Salem has spent a longer period away from AFL football, last appearing in Round 5 when he fractured his foot against the Bombers in Adelaide.
Salem has spent the last three weeks returning to full fitness for the Casey Demons, where he has played predominantly as a forward.
The trio come into the side in place of Kade Chandler (hand), Latrelle Pickett (concussion) and Lukas Cooke (omitted).
Jake Melksham, Max Heath and Xavier Taylor have been named as emergencies.
The matchup shapes to be the first time Christian Petracca will face his former side after missing the Round 4 clash with a hamstring injury.
Melbourne sits just inside the top six, leading the seventh-placed Western Bulldogs by percentage only, making each of the four remaining Demons regular season matches critical results.
The Demons also currently hold Gold Coast’s first round selection in the upcoming National Draft, giving the match extra importance.
The first siren will sound at 3:15pm AEST at People First Stadium on the Gold Coast, while Queensland-based Demon fans can see the players in action during Saturday’s captain’s run from 3:30pm.
Fans can enter Gate 6 from 3:15pm for the training run.
