The Casey Demons have received a welcome boost ahead of Sunday's clash with the return of several key players from injury.

Christian Salem is set to play his first game after overcoming a foot injury, while Jed Adams and Lukas Cooke also return to strengthen the backline in their first appearances since being sidelined.

After a managed break, Tom Matthews comes back into the side, adding further depth to Casey's line-up.

Also among the inclusions is Jasper Russell, who has earned his first opportunity of the 2026 season following a string of strong performances at local level.

The Demons travel to take on the Coburg Lions on Sunday in what shapes as another tough test against a strong standalone outfit. Casey will be looking to build greater consistency across all four quarters and produce a complete performance as they aim to match it with the Lions.
