MELBOURNE’S fan favourite event will return for 2026 with Zurich Walk to the ‘G locked in ahead of Monday’s Big Freeze clash.  

Celebrating 12 years of FightMND’s Big Freeze match, the Dees and the Pies will once again join forces in the battle against the ‘Beast’, continuing the powerful message of Neale Daniher 

Prior to the match, Melbourne will be hosting its annual Zurich Walk to the ‘G festivities at Federation Square from 10:30am, with plenty of giveaways, activities and speakers for fans of all ages to enjoy.  

Following the fun at Federation Square, fans will then embark on the powerful Walk to the ‘G, a moment each year that captivates the football world as a sea of blue beanies engulf the home of football.  
 
Zurich is also giving fans the chance to win their very own at-home sauna in this year’s Big Freeze Raffle. Supporters can purchase a $5 raffle ticket and go into the draw to win a custom Dees Revel Aura 2-Person Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna – Next Gen.
