The Casey Demons have named their VFLW side for Round 2 as they prepare to host the Western Bulldogs at Casey Fields on Sunday afternoon.

There is one change to the side that claimed an impressive Round 1 victory, with Zoe Mitchell coming into the team in place of Anna Vrsecky.

After an energetic and hard-fought opening performance, the Demons will be eager to carry that momentum into another big challenge against the Bulldogs. Casey’s pressure around the contest and ability to work together across all areas of the ground was a standout in Round 1, and they will be looking to bring that same intensity once again in front of a home crowd.

The Bulldogs enter the clash for their first game of the season after a bye in Round 1, meaning the Demons will be expecting a fresh and eager opponent. With both sides looking to make an early statement in 2026, it shapes as an exciting contest at Casey Fields.

Saturday’s match will also be part of a huge double-header for the club, with the VFL side taking on the Bulldogs earlier in the day at 11:30am before the VFLW side hits the field. It promises to be a fantastic day at Casey Fields as both Casey teams look to deliver strong performances on home turf.
