The Casey Demons have named their side for Sunday’s Round clash with the Brisbane Lions at Casey Fields, making six changes as they look to build momentum on home turf.
Coming off a strong win last time out, the Dees will be eager to make it back-to-back victories and continue their push after a staggered start to the season, with multiple byes interrupting the opening rounds. Now, with continuity beginning to build, Casey will be looking to get their campaign properly underway.
Among the inclusions are Tyson Sruk, Tom McDonald and Paddy Cross, adding valuable depth and experience to the line-up. Excitingly, Kalani White is also named for his first game back after an extended stint on the sidelines due to glandular fever.
There will also be two fresh faces pulling on the red and blue for the first time, with Louis Hodder and Sam Hoghton both set to make their VFL debuts.
With plenty of changes, fresh energy and confidence coming into the contest, Sunday shapes as an exciting home clash for the Demons against a strong Brisbane Lions outfit.
