YESTERDAY saw Melbourne's AFLW senior coach Mick Stinear make the difficult decision to depart the club after 10 seasons at the helm.
Stinear was the club's inaugural AFLW senior coach, appointed in 2016, and has spent the last 10 years building the club's women's program into what it is today.
