MELBOURNE has called upon Georgia Gall and Denby Taylor to bolster, selected for the club’s final game of the home-and-away season.
The Dees will head down the highway to GMHBA Stadium on Saturday with Gall re-entering the line-up after a fortnight sidelined with a minor ankle injury. Gall will add height and excitement to the team’s forward line.
Taylor bolsters Melbourne’s defensive stocks, set to face her former team in her second game of the season. Providing poised skills exiting the back half of the ground, Taylor will be a crucial cog in the Saturday night backline.
Molly O’Hehir will miss the game with shin soreness while Jemma Rigoni has been omitted. Rigoni joins Lily Johnson and Alyssia Pisano on the emergency list.
While the Dees have locked a spot in finals, they will be hoping to finish the home-and-away season on a high, securing the best ladder position possible heading into November footy.
