With the help of the AFL’s Telstra Tracker, we’ve looked back on the Demons’ GPS stats from the 2025 season.

Our running machine Ed Langdon once again led the way in 2025, topping the group for ground covered and setting the standards for endurance.

His season-high came in Round 1 against GWS, where he ran 17.7 kms - the highest distance recorded by a Demon this year. He followed it with another standout performance of 17.1 kms against Essendon in Round 5, while also posting totals of 16.6 kms against Gold Coast in Round 3 and 16.5 kms against the Bulldogs in Round 22.

In total, Langdon accounted for four of the club’s top five distance efforts, highlighting his status as one of the AFL’s elite endurance athletes.

Kade Chandler announced himself as one of Melbourne’s most consistent runners in 2025. His best performance came in Round 22 against the Bulldogs, where he covered 16.7 kms, the third-highest distance of the season.

In his debut season, youngster Harvey Langford made an immediate mark on the Demons’ GPS data. His standout performance came in Round 11 against Sydney, where he ran 16.2 kms in total and 3.0 kms at high speed - an elite return for a first-year player.

Caleb Windsor recorded the club’s highest top speed, reaching 33.7 km/h in Round 18, closely followed by Kade Chandler (33.6 km/h in Round 11) and Kysaiah Pickett (33.6 km/h in Round 9) - highlighting the blend of power and pace in the side.
