TAYLA Harris has received the perfect score for her game against St Kilda on the weekend, awarded 10 votes in the race for the AFLCA Champion Player Award.
Harris was instrumental in the Dees' 74-point win over the Saints, kicking a career-high four goals, all of which took place in just the first half of the game. In addition to her scoreboard pressure, she finished with eight marks and five tackles, demonstrating her impact in various aspects of the match.
The 28-year-old received 10 votes from the coaches for her performance, the highest number of votes a player can get for a single game.
Six Demons received recognition from the coaches for the Saturday win, with midfielder Tyla Hanks next in line, awarded eight votes for her 28-disposal game. She was dominant through the middle of the ground, her pressure a standout with a game-high 12 tackles.
Hanks now sits equal second on the overall leaderboard with 18 votes alongside Jasmine Garner, with Chloe Molloy topping the list with 19.
Skipper Kate Hore (six), Paxy Paxman (four), Lauren Pearce (one) and Sinead Goldrick (one) were also all recognised by the coaches.
