SIX DEMONS have been sanctioned by the Match Review Officer following Saturday’s loss to the Gold Coast SUNS at People First Stadium.

Steven May (First Offence), Christian Salem (First Offence), Jake Melksham (First Offence), Clayton Oliver (Second Offence) and Jack Viney (Third Offence) were all offered financial sanctions, charged with Engaging in a Melee/Wrestle during the third quarter.

Oliver was issued an additional $1,500 fine ($1,000 with an early plea) for an Obscene Gesture (First Offence), while Viney was found to have made Careless Contact with an Umpire (First Offence). He can also accept a $1,000 fine.

Meanwhile, Kysaiah Pickett was charged with Striking (Fourth Offence) Gold Coast’s Noah Anderson during the opening term. A $5,000 sanction, Picket can accept a $3,125 fine with an early plea.
