The Smithy’s VFL State Team has been announced for Saturday’s highly-anticipated clash against the SANFL in the 2024 AAMI State Game.

Current Casey Demons captain Mitch White and recruit Campbell Hustwaite have been selected for the 23-man squad.

The team features many of the best VFL-listed players from across the Smithy’s VFL. AFL-listed players, including rookie-listed players, were not eligible to be selected.

This will be the first time since 2016 that the VFL and SANFL have battled it out for state supremacy!
