Intro

IN his ninth season in red and blue, Alex Neal-Bullen was as reliable and courageous as always.  

Our no.30 brought energy, passion, determination and booted 19 goals throughout the year on his way to a career-high sixth place finish in Melbourne’s Best and Fairest.  

Notching up 150 games for Melbourne this year, Neal-Bullen recorded a career-high for tackles in 2023, matching his 2018 effort of 118.

Game of the year

When the Dees faced Richmond in round 20, Neal-Bullen finished the day with 22 disposals, six tackles, a goal, five intercept possession and 11 contested possessions, proving himself to be a true heart and soul player.

In Round 7, the Dees took on North Melbourne at the MCG.
