MELBOURNE has returned to its home in the east with the club's first session at Casey Fields for 2023.

It was a competitive session for the Demons, with line-based drills and full-ground match practice on show as Simon Goodwin put his players through their paces.

The session ended with a brutal shuttle-run hit-out in the middle of the ground.
