Following a great season where the VFLW Demons finished in third spot on the ladder, Casey has found out its week one finals opponent.

Casey will host Collingwood in a blockbuster first elimination final on Sunday June 12 as it looks to attone for its recent close loss to the Pies at Casey Fields.

The Demons will host the sixth-place Pies with first bounce commencing at 11:35am.

In the first of four weeks of VFLW finals, Essendon and Hawthorn will battle in a qualifying final while Geelong hosts the Southern Saints in the second elimination final on Saturday June 11.

If the Demons can emerge out of their cutthroat final victorious, they will play the winner of Essendon and Hawthorn for a direct route through to the VFLW Grand Final on Sunday July 3.

The loser of that second semi-final would play the winner of the first semi-final (comprised of the loser of the qualifying final and the lowest placed winner of the elimination finals) in a preliminary final on Sunday June 26.

The VFLW today confirmed entry to all rebel VFLW finals is free, with all matches except the Grand Final to be broadcast live and free on AFL.com.au and the AFL Live official app.

Channel 7 will broadcast the VFLW Grand Final, which will be played at Port Melbourne’s ETU Stadium, live and free.
