MELBOURNE fans will have the opportunity to celebrate the club’s first premiership win in 57 years on Sunday 26 September at a special Grand Final event.

The celebration will be held at Forrest Place in the Perth CBD, with a line-up of Melbourne personalities set to make an appearance alongside the 2021 Premiership side.

The event will kick off at 8:30am with a replay of the historic Premiership win, preceded by an address from Lord Mayor Basil Zempilas.

Melbourne great and premiership cup presenter Garry Lyon will be hosting the special event and will chat on stage to the Demons' CEO Gary Pert and President Kate Roffey on the momentous win.

Following this, each member of the Melbourne Premiership playing group will be welcomed on stage, with Simon Goodwin, Max Gawn and Norm Smith Medallist Christian Petracca to be interviewed.
