Still developing his ruck craft, Bradtke was limited to scratch matches in the Queensland hub during 2020.
The 204cm ruckman is now into his third full season at the club, after joining the Dees as a Category B rookie in mid-2018.
A talented young basketballer, Bradtke has developed well at reserves level and will benefit from more structured competition with the return of the VFL.
He comes from a rich sporting family with his father Mark a champion basketballer and mother Nicole a star tennis player who won a doubles Olympic Bronze Medal in 1992.
Remains a long-term project for the coaches at Melbourne.

The Melbourne Football Club acknowledges and pays respect to the Traditional Owners of the land in which we are privileged to play our great game of AFL on throughout Australia. We recognise the continued connection our custodians have to the land and its waters, and respectfully acknowledge Elders past, present and emerging and their contribution to the broader community, as we work towards an equitable and reconciled Australia.
