Ainslie Kemp has had a troubled run with injury to start her AFLW career, initially rupturing her ACL in the lead up to the 2018 season. After returning to play four games last year, Kemp re-injured her knee during Casey’s VFLW campaign, but has recovered quickly to be fit for 2020. Kemp, one of the bubbliest characters in the team, began her career as a forward but has since shown an ability to play in defence and provides valuable versatility for the Dees.
