After a solid first season for Melbourne in 2018, Jakobsson backed that up with a strong winter campaign for Casey in the VFLW.
Along with winning the Casey Best and Fairest award, Jakobsson emerged as a key leader in the VFLW.
Will play in a wing role in 2019.
